Me and my boyfriend took a little trip to London and being the babe that he is, he treated me with a visit to Peggy Porschen, aka. my favourite cake shop ever. It's so girly and pink in there and if you'd seen it you'd know exactly why I love it. Plus they've decorated it with the prettiest Christmas decorations and you really need to take a look! I had a slice of Strawberry Champagne cake and my boyfriend picked the Salted Caramel, and we both went for hot chocolates which came with adorable stars and snowflakes sprinkled on top! I was in heaven.
Girly Butterfly Birthday Cake
The result of making my sister a birthday cake and for once having no real plan of what I was going to do! I created tons of shimmery butterflies and just winged it. I wanted to create something slightly different for this cake (but still totally girly and pretty) and I decided to try out this petal style of buttercream. It took quite a while but I think the overall effect is so nice and I'll definitely try it again!
A Phone Upgrade
I think you're definitely past due upgrading your phone when your screen is half hanging off and the battery freaks out and dies every time you even attempt to open Snapchat. So when the new iPhone came out with an amazing camera on the 7 Plus, I couldn't resist. I'll be doing a review on the camera coming up very soon, but the Portrait mode on it is so good!
A Festive Hot Chocolate
How flippin' cute is this Winter Wonderland Mug* from the lovely JillyJilly Design. All of her illustrations and creations are so so cute and I have a nice little collection building now. So when I received this one I just had to make good use of it and make a massive hot chocolate!
Patisserie de Bain Pretties*
Patisserie de Bain products seem to be coming out of my ears at the moment, I keep getting totally spoilt with amazing PR packages filled with their lovely products, and I'm completely okay/over the moon with that. My favourite is the Sugared Violet Shower Gel, which smells like sugary sweet Parma Violets!
Princess Makeup Brushes*
I was also very lucky to receive these stunning makeup brushes in the mail from Da Silva London. These are the Fairy Wand set and they literally look so Princessy and beautiful. I love the classic rose gold handle but the white and pink bristles are my favourite part. They're so soft and fluffy and are basically like cotton candy brushes. In love! Booties & Bluebirds Baby Shower Cake
Yay another cake! I was so smitten with this baby shower cake I made, I was actually sad to see it go when the customer came to collect it. I love making baby themed cakes and cupcakes and the little bluebirds are just so cute aren't they?
