I am one of those people that has a literal wishlist of beauty products all scribbled down onto the notes section in my phone, just so I don't forget anything (God forbid!) Occasionally I tick a few things off, but it's more of a tick one off, add a billion things back on, kind of wishlist, although I definitely don't think I'm alone in that.
I've been browsing through the Farfetch website, who are a luxury online fashion retailer, and they've just launched a shiny new high end beauty boutique on their site. That's not even the best part, as they've teamed up with none other than the mothership Space NK to do so, which is pretty damn exciting to say the least. It's given me tonnes more pretty products to cram onto my never ending wishlist, so I thought it was about time I made some of it into a lust worthy blog post!
The top two photos show a few (okay, a lot) of products in my current makeup bag, but obviously I'm a total beauty obsessor, who feels the need to try everything imaginable, and so these are a few things I'd love to add to it:
This creamy cleanser contains a delicate blend of Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Bergamot which helps to glide your makeup off whilst soothing dull and dehydrated skin for a radiant youthful complexion. It's sounds perfect and the packaging is gorgeous and luxurious.
The Cellularose range from By Terry is formulated with revolutionary Rose plant cells which are said to have significant anti-ageing and brightening properties. This Hydraradiance Eye Contour is a gel product that claims to be an anti-fatigue product which moisturises and smooths under eye bags and lightens dark circles. It has a metal applicator that I love in an eye cream as it's really refreshing and cooling on the eye area!
3. By Terry, Masque Nutri-Rose | £61
This mask is for firming and uplifting the skin and has a creamy balm-like texture with a delicate fresh cut rose scent. It promises to deeply repair and replenish the skin whilst nourishing, protecting and firming the epidermis of the skin too.
This brightening serum contains Natural Rose Cells and flower acids which enhance the skins radiance with a gentle exfoliation and gives a luminous complexion to banish dull and lacklustre skin. I am a sucker for anything rose scented and the pretty pink packaging just makes me need the whole range (although I don't think my purse would agree!)
These raved about blushers from Hourglass, combine a range of beautiful colours with the original Ambient Lighting Powders for extra depth and dimension. I already own Dim Infusion and the limited edition blush palette and they are some of my favourite blushes that I own. The product glides on so softly and gives your skin a lovely smoothed out effect. They also blend out perfectly and hold up all day. This shade Ethereal Glow is a lovely cool pink shade!
I've heard so many amazing things about this product over the years and it's one that I definitely need to try out. It's a tinted body cream that gives a bit of colour to pale legs but also moisturises dry skin, combats any imperfections like discolouration and scarring, and also evens out the skin tone. Sounds like a total miracle worker.
This little gem from Becca is one I've been dying to try recently. It's a full coverage cream corrector which camouflages dark circles and brightens the under eye area. I've got the Bobbi Brown Corrector which I think is a brilliant product, but I find it creases on me even when I set it with powder. This Becca version claims to not settle into any fine lines, so hopefully I would get on with it better!
8. Oribe, Bright Blonde Shampoo | £39
I've never tried any high end shampoo or conditioner and Oribe is basically hair product royalty. As I have blonde hair I do like to use a purple shampoo to banish any brassy, yellow tones and my favourite for that is from Bleach London, but sometimes find it a bit drying. Oribe Bright Blonde is a violet shampoo that also claims to revitalize the hair!
9. Eve Lom, Flawless Radiance Primer | £40
This primer is said to have a weightless and fast absorbing formula that evens out imperfections, smoothes fine lines and reduces pore size whilst giving a youthful, plumped up effect. It sounds like the perfect base for your foundation and as I wear mattifying base products, I'm all for those primers that allow for a healthy radiant glow to infuse with the rest of my makeup.
Have you tried any of these?
